Pebble Beach Resort Wedding Venues

Pebble Beach Resorts is unique in that it is made up of several different parts or hotels.

The Lodge

The Lodge is the main hotel located on the Pebble Beach Golf Links. It is easily one of the best-known golf courses and is highly sought after. Here, you can have your ceremony on the 18th Lawn, a grassy oasis with unobstructed views of Carmel’s white sand beach and Point Lobos. Or tie the knot on the 3rd Fairway Lawn, which offers water views over Stillwater Cove. Both ceremony sites can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Reception spaces at the Lodge include the Card Room & Library and the Pebble Beach Room. The Card Room & Library is an elegant space with crystal chandeliers, marble fireplaces, an expansive patio, and ocean views. This cozy venue is perfect for smaller gatherings (up to 60 guests).

Larger weddings will love the spaciousness of the Pebble Beach Room (up to 125 guests). The venue features an adjoining patio that overlooks the 18th green of Pebble Beach Golf Links, Stillwater Cove, and the resort’s manicured gardens.

The Inn at Spanish Bay

Spanish Bay is a larger hotel with a little more space and gorgeous sunset views. It’s mostly known for the sunset bagpiper and beach paths that wind through the Links at Spanish Bay.

Ceremony spaces at Spanish Bay include the 1st Fairway Lawn, 1st Fairway Patio, and Peppoli Lawn. The Fairway Lawn is an alfresco site with water views that accommodates up to 80 guests.

The Fairway Patio is also outdoors but provides a tiled space for your gathering. You’ll have ocean views and overlook the Links at Spanish Bay. This site is only available after 4pm and accommodates up to 150 guests.

The Peppoli Lawn is a little more private and becoming increasingly popular with couples for their ceremonies. This sprawling lawn area features panoramic views of the Pacific coastline and endless ocean. It’s the ideal backdrop for larger weddings, as the space accommodates up to 300 guests.

If you have a ceremony at Peppoli Lawn, the best place for your reception is the Spanish Bay Ballroom. Especially if you are looking for a traditional, elegant ballroom for a large wedding of 200+ guests. The venue can truly be transformed to make it your own and feel special.

There’s also the Tuscan Room with its traditional Italian decor and the Royal Troon Room with captivating views of the Links and the Pacific Ocean.

Casa Palmero

Casa Palmero is the most luxurious but the least known. I believe it was initially an old home that was purchased and remodeled into a hotel. Whatever the case, the rooms are gorgeous, and the grounds are perfectly landscaped.

The Mediterranean-style estate is perfect for receptions, brunches, and guest stays. The spa is also located at Casa Palmero and is amazing. If you really want to treat your wedding party, book some spa day treatments!

Have your cocktail reception in the cozy Casa Palmero living room or the lush garden courtyard. The stately Boardroom is ideal for an intimate reception dinner.

Beach and Tennis Club

Many couples have dreamed of getting married on the 18th hole at the Pebble Beach Golf Links. It is a spectacular and widely popular location for ceremonies.

If you do have a ceremony on the 18th, your reception will likely be at The Beach and Tennis Club – a private membership space that you can reserve for your wedding.

The Beach Club has massive glass windows, giving exceptional views of the iconic Pebble Beach Course, the Stillwater Cove, and ocean.

If you want to get really creative, you could have your cocktail hour on the Stillwater pier just to the side of the Beach Club. Their food is absolutely top-notch and really spectacular. I personally recommend the butterfish. It’s absolutely mouthwatering!

But Wait, There’s More!

There are many other great places at Pebble Beach Resorts, including the Fairway One Rooms, which are newer and really great indoor/outdoor spaces. While they don’t have the best views, these are nice locations for a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or farewell brunch.

And here’s a fun idea for wedding parties! Book groups for games of golf at the Hay. It’s a short 9-hole course designed by Tiger Woods that’s easier, fast, and super fun to do with friends and family.

Pebble Beach Resorts has so much to offer couples getting married. And this post is really just the tip of the iceberg. I would be happy to give you more information about this lovely venue and how we can help you plan an amazing wedding there. Just contact us!
