A classic rustic elegance wedding in the fall at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley

This beautiful fall wedding took place in late October at the iconic Carmel Valley wedding venue Holman Ranch. Holman Ranch sits high above the beautiful Carmel Valley featuring beautiful views of rolling hills, vineyards, and golden sunsets perfect for a sunset session for newlyweds.

Holman Ranch is a highly sought after luxury wedding venue because this outdoor setting has onsite accommodations for up to 40 people but can also host up to 250 people seated for dinner on the Holman Ranch Main Plaza. This is the perfect venue if you are looking for a outdoor retreat style wedding weekend that has natural beauty everywhere you look and guests are sure to love all the luxury amenities.

This sweet couple lives in the Monterey area and the bride grew up dreaming up her wedding at Holman Ranch. When her high school sweetheart proposed they soon decided that Holman Ranch would be perfect for their wedding weekend getaway.

The ceremony site has a backdrop of natural wild flowers, vineyards and sun drenched mountains. The Holman Ranch ceremony lawn is one of the most iconic locations and seen in countless wedding blogs and publications. This beautiful wedding was timeless with lush green and white florals setting the scene for a classic and elegant rustic wedding. With large green and white floral arrangements lining the aisle and framing the couple without blocking the stunning view.

The wedding was on a perfect sunny day. It was slightly breezy and warm and was the picture perfect indian summer day in Carmel Valley. Since the days start getting shorter as the solstice approaches we did an early first look in order to capture plenty of images of them, their large families, and their wedding party before the 4:00pm ceremony. One of my favorite parts of the pre-ceremony was seeing the bride and her sister and best friends all in white and denim jackets, talk about a super cute bridal squad. After the ceremony we whisked them away to the vineyards high up above the venue for some gorgeous golden hour sunset images.

Upon their return we invited guests in to the Rose Patio for dinner in the beautiful stone patio at long banquet tables filled with lush long garlands of eucalyptus and white garden roses.

This couple and their guests were able to dance the night away in the Holman Ranch Carriage house under twinkle lights and guests could step outside to enjoy the lounge and the fit pits and smores of course! All Images below were captured by Jake and Necia
